Artadi is one of the very best wineries in Spain. Artadi was founded in 1985 by a group of winemakers. It was first called the Cooperative of Harvesters from (Rioja) Alavesa, or in spanish Cooperativa de Cosecheros Alaveses. During the 1990's Juan Carlos López de Lacalle succeeded in rise the quality of the winery and making it one of the best in Rioja.
In this period the winery expanded with two wineries: Bodegas y Viñedos Artazu in Navarra and Bodegas y Viñedos El Sequé in Alicante. The wines are ecological, and the winery also works with biodynamics. In every wine region the work with the most important grapes: tempranillo, garnacha and monastrell in Rioja, Navarra and Alicante.
Ysios is owned by Pernod Ricard and is located in the region of Rioja Alavesa at the feet of Sierra de Cantabria. The beautiful winery is designed by Santiago Calatrava. One of our favourite wineries in Rioja. One of the most important wineries in Haro, Rioja in the Station Quarter (barrio de la estación). Highly recommended wines are Muga Aro, Selección Especial and Prado Enea. Muga is one of the few Spanish wineries to make their own barrels.
Roda is a fantastic winery, focusing on how to get the best quality out of their grapes. The winery produces legendary wines like Cirsion. The winery was founded in 1987 and the name come from the two first letters of the founders Mario ROtllant and Carmen DAurella. The winery is located close to Muga.

Among the best wines of Sierra Cantabria are Sierra Cantabria Cuvée, Organza, Amancio and El Bosque. Sierra Cantabria make their wines in the new winery that the Eguren family has built using stones from Rioja.
